Seven Park Global is partnering with a fast-growing functional beverage brand to find a Marketing Director who can own the brand end-to-end — from positioning and creative to retail activation, digital, and the team that brings it to life.
What You'll Own
- —Brand strategy, voice, and creative direction across every channel.
- —Go-to-market planning for new SKUs, retail launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- —Performance + organic growth: paid social, influencer, content, email, and CRM.
- —Trade and shopper marketing in partnership with the sales team and key retail accounts.
- —Build and manage a small in-house marketing team plus external agency partners.
- —Own the marketing budget, KPIs, and reporting cadence to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- —7+ years in CPG marketing, with at least 2 years leading a function or team.
- —Beverage, food, or wellness brand experience strongly preferred.
- —Proven track record building brands that have actually moved off shelf — not just looked good on a deck.
- —Comfort operating in a scrappy, founder-led environment with shifting priorities.
- —Strong creative instincts paired with sharp commercial judgment.
- —Hands-on with the work — you brief, edit, and ship, not just delegate.
