If you enjoy talking to people, thrive in fast-paced environments and love making genuine connections, this opportunity is perfect for you. No prior experience necessary, we will train you!

What You'll Do

  • —Work events as the face of our company and create exceptional first impressions with every interaction
  • —Start genuine conversations and build rapport with attendees, brand founders and decision-makers
  • —Share information about our company's services in an enthusiastic, authentic, and persuasive way
  • —Distribute branded collateral; business cards, contact cards, and promotional materials
  • —Log connections and report lead activity throughout the day
  • —Participate in branded photo opportunities for our social media content
  • —Represent the brand with energy and professionalism for the full duration of the activation

What We're Looking For

  • —You are Sales-minded and you understand how to move a conversation from curious to interested, naturally and without pressure
  • —You are a natural connector and you're comfortable starting conversations with new people and keeping them engaged
  • —You have marketing awareness and you can speak to a brand's value in a way that's memorable and compelling
  • —You posses customer engagement skills and you create exceptional experiences for everyone you interact with, even in a brief exchange
  • —Genuine passion, enthusiasm and a naturally outgoing personality
  • —Confident, charismatic and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • —Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable taking initiative without being told what to do next
  • —Able to stand and move for extended periods throughout the event
