Experiential / Marketing Intern

We're looking for a hands-on intern who wants to learn how live brand experiences actually come together — from the run-of-show to the moment a guest walks in. You'll work directly with our team on planning, prep, and on-site execution.
What You'll Work On
- —Support pre-event planning: vendor coordination, run-of-show, supply lists, logistics.
- —Help build and manage event collateral, signage, and on-site assets.
- —Be on-site for setup, activation, and breakdown of events in the NJ/NYC area.
- —Capture content (photo / short-form video) for client recap decks and social.
- —Sit in on client calls and contribute to creative brainstorms.
What We're Looking For
- —Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (marketing, communications, hospitality, or related).
- —Based in or able to reliably commute to Bergen County, NJ.
- —Comfortable on your feet, problem-solving in real time, and staying calm in event chaos.
- —Strong written communication and an eye for detail.
- —Bonus: photo/video skills, Canva or Adobe basics, prior event or hospitality experience.
