Seven Park Global is partnering with a premium spirits brand to find a Director of Marketing who is a rare hybrid: a strategic brand builder and a hands-on operator. This role is designed for a builder who knows how to create disproportionate impact with limited resources, balancing long-term brand building with the immediate commercial realities of growing a premium brand across multiple markets. The ideal candidate wants to own the commercial marketing strategy end to end.

Brand Strategy & Marketing Leadership

  • Translate high-level brand strategy into marketing initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets with a focus on accountability, efficiency and return on investment.
  • Develop and report on KPI and OKR dashboards that connect marketing investments to commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure consistency across visual identity, brand messaging, storytelling, campaigns and consumer experiences.
  • Serve as the day-to-day steward of the brand by identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
  • Prioritize marketing investment across markets based on commercial opportunity, case goals, market maturity and available resources.
  • Make disciplined trade-offs across markets and initiatives, determining where to invest, maintain presence or intentionally limit resources.

Consumer Marketing & Brand Experiences

  • Develop premium consumer experiences that strengthen brand awareness and engagement across events, activations, partnerships and experiential programs.
  • Identify opportunities to connect with target consumers through hospitality, entertainment, sports, culinary, travel, fashion, lifestyle and cultural platforms.
  • Lead programs from concept through execution, including creative development, partner management, staffing, budgets, logistics and post-event analysis.
  • Ensure every activation delivers a high-quality and memorable customer experience.
  • Support regional marketing initiatives while helping expand into new markets.
  • Create programming that introduces consumers to the brand in authentic and engaging ways.

Commercial & Trade Marketing

  • Develop launch toolkits and field marketing materials that support successful market execution.
  • Create compelling sales narratives and marketing resources for internal and external commercial partners.
  • Maintain consistency across brand messaging, visual identity and customer-facing experiences.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Field teams to align marketing priorities with market needs.
  • Support programs that improve retail visibility, customer engagement and in-market execution.
  • Gather field insights to continuously improve marketing programs and best practices.
  • Develop an integrated consumer and trade marketing strategy that balances brand-building with near-term commercial objectives.
  • Determine the appropriate mix of consumer pull and trade push by market, ensuring marketing investment supports both brand affinity and case growth.

Digital Marketing, Content & Partnerships

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns tied to cultural moments, consumer interests and business priorities.
  • Coordinate agencies, vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Develop content that strengthens brand awareness, education and consumer engagement.
  • Monitor digital performance, audience growth, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships that align with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, media, community partners and other key stakeholders.
  • Support public relations initiatives, product launches, sponsorships and industry events.
  • Represent the brand at customer events, trade shows, partner meetings and community activations.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage marketing budgets across campaigns, partnerships, events, agencies and vendors.
  • Measure performance across marketing initiatives using both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Provide leadership with regular reporting, recommendations and strategic insights.
  • Leverage customer feedback, market intelligence and competitive analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee agencies and external partners to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and at a high standard.
  • Maintain organization around timelines, approvals, deliverables and project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience within consumer products, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, luxury, food & beverage or related industries.
  • Beverage alcohol experience is highly preferred, particularly candidates who understand the distinct commercial dynamics of premium spirits, wine and/or beer.
  • Experience building or scaling an early-stage or emerging consumer brand with limited resources strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple markets simultaneously and adapting strategy based on differing market priorities, distribution, consumer opportunity and commercial goals.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in lean, resource-constrained environments where leaders personally develop, execute and troubleshoot initiatives rather than primarily managing agencies or large teams.
  • Comfortable moving between strategic leadership and highly tactical execution, including stepping into the details when needed to get work across the finish line.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and business growth.
  • Experience leading experiential marketing, partnerships, product launches, trade marketing, influencer initiatives and content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of how brands build awareness and loyalty through customer engagement and commercial execution.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Operations, Executive Leadership, agencies and external partners.
  • Strong digital marketing, social media, storytelling and content development capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, presentation software, CRM platforms, project management tools and marketing technology.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing planning and execution.
  • Strong project management, organizational and budget management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and support evening or weekend marketing events as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
