Premium Beverage Company
Events & Experiential Specialist
Seven Park Global is partnering with a premium beverage company to find an Events & Experiential Specialist who can determine where the brand should show up, develop the plan for how it shows up, and make the experience happen. This is more than event coordination — it is strategy, creative execution and measurable brand activation rolled into one. You will identify the right opportunities, turn objectives into compelling experiences and connect every activation to business outcomes.
Event Strategy & Planning
- —Build an annual and quarterly event strategy tied to brand and business priorities.
- —Identify and evaluate consumer events, trade shows, retailer opportunities and industry events.
- —Establish objectives and KPIs before committing resources.
- —Recommend where the brand should invest, experiment or say no.
- —Partner with marketing, sales and field teams around market priorities.
Creative Experience & Brand Activation
- —Own how the brand shows up in the real world and ensure every activation feels unmistakably on-brand.
- —Turn event objectives into compelling consumer and trade experiences.
- —Develop concepts for booths, tastings, sampling, displays, signage, merchandise and engagement.
- —Create experiences that drive trial, education, lead capture, retailer conversations, purchase and brand engagement.
- —Ensure onsite teams understand the products, benefits and brand story.
End-to-End Execution
- —Plan and execute tastings, retailer events, consumer activations, trade shows and other brand experiences.
- —Build event plans covering timelines, budgets, staffing, logistics, deliverables and responsibilities.
- —Coordinate vendors, venues, agencies, production partners and internal teams.
- —Train and prepare brand ambassadors and field teams.
- —Manage run-of-show, onsite execution and the details that determine whether an event works.
- —Troubleshoot quickly when plans change and roll up your sleeves when needed.
Measurement & Optimization
- —Connect event activity to measurable outcomes including trial, leads, email capture, engagement and sales where applicable.
- —Report what was invested, what happened and what was achieved.
- —Recommend whether events should be repeated, changed, expanded or eliminated.
- —Build repeatable playbooks and processes that allow successful activations to scale.
Budget & Resource Management
- —Build and manage event budgets.
- —Understand the full cost of participation and make smart trade-offs.
- —Negotiate and manage vendors and external partners.
- —Find ways to reuse, repurpose and scale event assets.
What We're Looking For
- —You think both strategically and logistically about events.
- —You are not afraid to get behind the table — you can build the strategy, run the event and talk to consumers about the product.
- —You are creative enough to imagine how a brand should show up and organized enough to make it happen.
- —You understand that a trade show, retailer tasting and consumer festival require different objectives and experiences.
- —You can take an idea from a blank page to an experience people can actually walk into.
- —You are exceptionally organized and can show the systems and tools you use to manage complex projects.
- —You see around corners and have a Plan B before Plan A needs it.
- —You can operate without a giant infrastructure around you — you help build it.
Requirements
- —Significant experience in experiential marketing, events, field marketing, brand activations or a related discipline.
- —Experience owning events from strategy through execution.
- —Consumer-facing and trade/industry event experience strongly preferred.
- —Beverage, spirits, CPG, lifestyle or consumer brand experience preferred.
- —Strong project management, budgeting and vendor management skills.
- —Experience establishing KPIs and measuring event performance.
- —Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- —Ability and willingness to travel for events and activations.
